Shoes :: Banana Republic ($30)
Belt :: From Rampage Dress ($0)

Those that know me knows that I don't ever buy things that are NOT on sale. The only exception is designer handbags but those are usually gifts. I honestly believe that these days you don't need to spend a lot when dressing professionally or otherwise. The deals are out there you just need to find them =) Hope you enjoyed my 2nd PFC. Thank you Annie for hosting! Be sure to check out the rest of the Petite Fashion Challenge participants listed over at Really Petite.

Great job with the challenge!! I tried this skirt on at my local H&M on sale as you mentioned (to give myself money to play with for the challenge) but the last one in my size had an obvious pull :( But I wouldn't have thought to pair it with a large belt like this but it looks great!
